Estimates are planning ranges, not quotes
The figures this site produces are planning ranges built from acreage, vegetation, and terrain. They are not offers, bids, or binding quotes. Clearing work depends on conditions that cannot be assessed from a form — actual stem density, ground moisture, buried obstacles, slope, and equipment access among them. A real price comes only after we walk the property. Nothing on this site creates a contract for work.
Information you give us
You agree the details you submit are accurate and that you are the property owner or otherwise authorized to request work on the property described. We rely on that when we schedule a site visit.
Text messages
When you submit an estimate request and check the text-message box, you agree to receive text messages from Cullman Land Clearing at the number you provide, about your estimate request and the work it concerns. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.
