Which service does my property need?
If the goal is reclaiming overgrown ground — brush, saplings, briars, privet, honeysuckle — that is forestry mulching, and it is the method behind most of what we do. If the goal is broader property work like pasture reclamation, access routes, or fence lines, that falls under land clearing. If you are building, you want lot clearing and site prep — and you need to understand up front that clearing is not grading. If the property is for hunting, hunting land and food plot work is a different job entirely, because the goal there is a specific pattern of open and thick rather than open ground.
None of these produce a stump-free, graded building pad. That is excavation work, and we will tell you so rather than take the job and disappoint you. What we do is the vegetation stage, done well, scoped in writing.

The most common complaint landowners have about clearing contractors is not price — it is that the finished property did not match what they pictured. That is an expectations problem, and it gets solved on paper before the machine shows up.
Do you serve property outside Cullman?
Cullman is our home market and we are based here. We also review suitable projects across the surrounding North Alabama counties based on travel, access, and the work required. Travel distance is one of the factors in the estimate — on projects near the county line it is minor, and on distant work it is a real line item we tell you about rather than hiding in the per-acre rate.

Those five things are enough for us to give you a planning range and tell you whether mulching is even the right method. Photos help more than anything else — a couple of pictures from the ground tell us more about stem density than acreage ever will.
